Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship within Canada via standard shipping. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be included where available.

Please note: Our pieces are made in small batches in Quebec. We take care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

 

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment. If you'd like to pick up your order in person, please select "Local pickup" at checkout or contact us before placing your order to make arrangements. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
